Evolve Estates Group ("Evolve Estates," "we," "us") is a Central Florida real estate team brokered by eXp Realty. This policy explains what information we collect through evolveestatesgroup.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide
- Contact and inquiry details - name, email address, phone number, and any message you send when you submit a property inquiry, home valuation request, relocation or consultation request, guest form, or newsletter signup.
- Home search context - the community, price range, or property preferences attached to a property inquiry so we can respond usefully.
- SMS consent - if you check the text-message consent box on a form, we record that consent along with the time, the form you used, and the version of the consent language you saw. Consent is never a condition of purchase and you can revoke it at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics:
- Google Analytics 4 - usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
- Cloudflare - our hosting and security provider processes technical request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the Site.
You can limit these through your browser's cookie controls and Google's Ads Settings.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services.
- To send communications you asked for - property information, follow-ups, newsletters, and (only with your express consent) text messages.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that operate parts of the Site and our business on our behalf: form processing (Formspree), email delivery and newsletters (Flodesk), scheduling (Calendly), analytics (Google Analytics), hosting and security (Cloudflare), telecommunications delivery (Twilio, which transmits the text messages you signed up for), and our own customer relationship system, which we self-host.
- Our brokerage (eXp Realty) and transaction parties when needed to provide real estate services you request.
- Authorities when required by law.
Text messaging: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected on this Site are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to deliver the messages you signed up for.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida real estate record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Consent records are retained as proof of consent for as long as we send you messages and as required by law.
Your choices
- Email - every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Text messages - reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Details in the SMS Terms.
- Access or deletion - email us at victor@evolveestatesgroup.com to request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting.
- Cookies - control analytics cookies through your browser and the Google preference tools linked above.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent will be communicated before they take effect.
