SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Evolve Estates Group text message program (the "Program"), operated by Evolve Estates Group, a Central Florida real estate team brokered by eXp Realty.
1. The Program
When you opt in - for example by checking the text-message consent box on a property inquiry form on evolveestatesgroup.ai - you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Evolve Estates Group at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, listing details, price changes, tour scheduling, and related Central Florida market information. Messages are sent using an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers. You are not required to opt in, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of working with Evolve Estates Group. You can use every service we offer without opting in to text messages.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. You will not receive messages at a fixed schedule, and we honor quiet hours required by law.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Evolve Estates Group does not charge for the Program itself.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further Program messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at the phone number or email below.
5. Help

6. Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
7. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or end the Program at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially expands the messages you agreed to receive (for example, adding automated calls), we will ask for your consent again before sending anything new.
